PhD representatives
During the course of your PhD program, the PhD representatives will be your contact person for questions regarding general PhD-related topics. Find the PhD representatives on our GROW community.
As PhD representatives, we attend regular meetings within GROW and the FHML, to represent all GROW PhD students. We address academic related issues, communicate matters raised by PhD students and discuss new initiatives together with GROW’s scientific director and the PhD coordinators.
Another aim of the PhD representatives is to facilitate interaction between PhD students. To this end, we organize several social activities and workshops. Once a year, the GROW PhD day is organized, where PhD students are introduced to each other in a non-scientific setting.
We try to signal and respond to developments within and outside GROW, so please do not hesitate to contact us in case you have any questions. Our e-mail address is phd-grow@maastrichtuniversity.nl.

- To reinforce inter-disciplinary collaborations within GROW, leading to improved scientific output and grant opportunities;
- To further develop personal, professional and leadership skills;
- To contribute to the policy making of GROW.
