MOSaR

The Maastrichts Onderzoekscentrum voor Samenleving en Recht (MOSaR) is a cross-jurisdictional research centre that brings together relevant research for the Dutch legal system. Within the ever-changing context of Dutch society, our mission is to renew, strengthen and intensify national law research. Important starting points for this are the diffuse dividing line between the public and private domain, the increasing pressure on the rule of law and the changing role of private law institutions. MOSaR offers a high-quality Dutch research culture with a clear Maastricht signature: problem-oriented, cross-jurisdictional and society-oriented.
