What is possible with webmail?
- Read, write, send and receive emails
- Delete, search and organise your emails
- Create filters that automatically delete emails, organise them into specific folders, or forward them
- Organise your agenda
- Search for email addresses
- Synchronise with your mobile device
UMcard
After completing your enrolment at UM, and once your UMcard is ready, you will receive a email from the Student Services Centre (SSC) about where you can come and collect your UMcard.
The UMcard is your university ID and copy card, and gives you access to UM buildings and facilities, including the University Library.

Certificate of Enrolment
A Certificate of Enrolment may be required by organisations such as housing agencies, sports clubs, financial institutions or insurance providers to verify your status as a student. It may also be needed for certain university procedures, such as during examinations, depending on your programme requirements.
If you need a Certificate of Enrolment you can request one from the Student Service Centre by sending an email to study@maastrichtuniversity.nl.
Please note: you can only request a Certificate of Enrolment if you have met all of the enrolment requirements and are officially enrolled as a student.
