Student Initiative Helpdesk
Student life in Maastricht would be nothing without the student organisations that exist in the city.
Supporting these organisations is crucial, which is why UM established the Student Initiative Helpdesk (SIH). The SIH centralises information for student organisations and enhances the support and communication between these groups and UM.
Whether you're part of an established organisation or have a new initiative idea, the SIH is here to help. You can discuss any challenges you're facing, whether they are related to legal, financial, office, event or equipment issues and more. The SIH can also guide you on how to set up your own organisation or foundation. Feel free to reach out!

Every Tuesday from 9.30 to 12.30, the SIH organises a walk-in office at the SSC (Bonnefantenstraat 2), room B0.01. Drop by and ask the SIH coordinator your questions—no appointment needed.
Before starting a new initiative, check if a similar organisation already exists on the UM website:
