How to promote your research
Resources & support for boosting
your research impact
Generate impact for your research outside the university world. Reach a wider audience that includes changemakers such as politicians and policymakers. Build interest from funding organisations that might finance your current or future research. Engage members of society in meaningful dialogue. Contribute to a society in which science is better understood and put to good use.
Sounds great! But how do you do all of this? Where do you start? To help researchers boost their impact, the Maastricht University Faculty of Law offers a number of introductory guides, learning opportunities and personalised support from our research communication advisor. These resources are available for both junior- and senior-level academics at the Faculty of Law. In the near future, we also plan to provide more advanced guides for researchers who are already experienced with promoting their research through social media, videos, social engagement, etc.
