Sexual safety

A safe environment is essential to your growth as a student. There is no place for sexual violence at our university. Whether you need support or want to learn how to get involved, the university is here for you. You can find out where to get help on these pages.

It is never your fault if someone violates your boundaries. We are here to support you, even if all you want to do is get something off your chest. Please don't hesitate to contact us!

Together, we are standing up for a respectful university. Find support or help others in a way that suits you. Inform yourself using our resources, get in touch with our team, or join one of the prevention initiatives.

Need help? Head straight to our support page.

We are continuously working on the information on this page; if you have any comments or suggestions, please contact us at sexualsafetyum@maastrichtuniversity.nl.

If you are experiencing any kind of undesirable behaviour, you can contact the Social Safety Team – Students.
