Preventive maintenance
In order to maintain a safe, healthy and reliable work environment, Equipment Services offers the necessary support throughout the use of equipment. Equipment Services can provide preventive maintenance checks on your equipment and will contact the external supplier if necessary. All actions which will be documented and added in the corresponding history file.
- Form 5 (EN | NL): releasing contained laboratories. Only for GMO laboratories (NL: GGO laboratoria).
- Form 6 (EN | NL): releasing equipment – Equipment repair release form. Only for GMO laboratories (NL: GGO laboratoria).
- Procedure 7 (EN | NL): cleaning GMO workspaces. Only for GMO laboratories (NL: GGO laboratoria).
