Genital Pain Project | Survey

Does genital pain affect your relationship? We want to hear from you!

If you or your partner experience genital pain, you know it is more than a physical problem. It can impact your emotions, intimacy, and daily life. Many couples face these challenges in silence, but your experiences can help us change that.

We are conducting a survey to understand how couples support each other, how genital pain affects relationships, and how it influences sexual and emotional well-being. By participating, you’ll contribute to research that can improve healthcare and treatment options for women worldwide.

What do you need to do?

We ask both you and your partner to complete a survey, which includes answering questions about your medical history, mental and sexual health, and your relationship.

How long does it take?

For you: Approximately 30 minutes
For your partner: Approximately 20 minutes

Who can participate?

To be eligible, you must:
✔ Be in a relationship for at least 6 months
✔ One partner must have been experiencing genital pain for at least 6 months (a formal diagnosis is not required)
✔ Both partners must provide informed consent
✔ Both partners must be 18 years or older
