Housing
Maastricht Housing, or the Foundation Student Housing Maastricht, is is the only non-commercial mediator in Maastricht. It helps students at Maastricht University, Zuyd Academies and the Jan van Eyck Academy find housing in the area.
International service desk (ISD)
The international service desk offers face-to-face help for international students who need the assistance of a native Dutch speaker.

UM students can call upon student deans for information and advice about their legal position as a student. The student deans work throughout the entire university and are independent.

Maastricht University's Service Desk Disability helps students with a physical, psychological or sensory disability, or a chronic disease or condition by providing support that makes studying with a disability easier.

UM Psychologists
Maastricht University's student psychologists help students with different psychological problems, such as fear of failure, procrastination and problems with planning to eating disorders, stress, gloominess and even depression.
Student life
Studium Generale
Studium Generale offers interesting lectures and debates on all kinds scientific, cultural and social issues. Additionally, in collaboration with other cultural places in the city, Studium Generale, organizes comedy nights, concerts, film and theatre. Students are often granted a considerable discount.

UM SPORTS
UM SPORTS offers sports activities for students, staff and alumni. It offers more than 50 different sports, including popular group classes like zumba and clubpower; a wide variety of team sports and also lesser known activities like frisbee and capoeira.
Sports council MUSST
Sports Council MUSST (Maastricht University Student Sports Trust) is the umbrella organisation for 27 student sports associations with sports varying from sailing to soccer.
INKOM
The INKOM work group is the organisation responsible for organising the annual introduction week (INKOM). The organisation of the INKOM is done in collaboration with the Hogeschool Zuyd.
The Innbetween
The Innbetween is an ecumenical student chaplaincy that offers a wide range of activities during the academic year. The two chaplains are there for you for personal support. There is a warm welcome for everybody, regardless of religion or background.
