Mission and Offer
Creating professional learning communities around workplace learning is the cornerstone of the current mission and vision of the taskforce Faculty Development. The taskforce intends to teach staff members parallel to the educational roles they actually perform. This approach is based on the assumption that professional development only makes sense if it allows participants to come to grip with real concerns and needs in their day-to-day practice.
