Collaboration in Research & Consultancy and Education
Research & Consultancy
At ERD, we believe in bridging the gap between academic research and professional practice. Through meaningful partnerships, we work with organizations to improve learning, talent development, and HRD practices in the workplace — both locally and internationally.
We welcome opportunities to collaborate, co-create knowledge, and exchange expertise. Below you’ll find the ways in which you can connect and work with us.
Research projects. Our academic staff and PhD candidates regularly partner with organizations to explore pressing questions in workplace learning and Human Resources Development. By contributing to data collection or co-defining research topics, your organization can access state-of-the-art insights grounded in rigorous research.

Consultancy & Expertise. Our team brings expertise in learning and development, coaching, performance management, assessment, competency frameworks, and learning climate. If your organization has questions, challenges, or learning needs on some of those topics, we can provide consultancy services related them. For an overview of the domains and specific topics we hold in our expertise portfolio, please consult Wendy Nuis
Training & Workshops. Over the years, we’ve developed a range of trainings and workshops on learning and development topics. If you are interested in this mode of collaboration, you can consult the Learning Academy for an overview of the offer. We also provide some of these workshops within larger-scale training programmes provided by UMIO, the University’s department in charge of executive education.
Events & Networking. We regularly host and contribute to events, webinars, and roundtables to share our research and practical insights. Stay connected with our latest activities and opportunities via the School of Business and Economics
