Wellbeing Movement
The Wellbeing Movement at Maastricht University (UM) is dedicated to promoting your mental and physical wellbeing. We provide you with a variety of tools to help foster a healthy and happy student life.
Join us for a wide range of fun and informative activities focused on improving your wellbeing, such as yin yoga, creative DIY workshops, coffee and chat sessions, relaxation workshops, dynamic sports classes and much more. Our main initiatives are:
- Wellbeing Days: We devote one day each month entirely to your wellbeing. You can participate in lectures, workshops, sports activities and more.
- Wellbeing Series: Throughout the year, we organise several weekly workshops for you to try something new to improve your wellbeing—and maybe even find a new hobby!
- Wellbeing Weeks: Twice a year, we offer a week full of workshops, talks and other activities to help you relax, spark your creativity and get you active.
