After a request is approved

On the day of photographing/filming, report to the front desk first. If they have any doubts, the front desk will call the communications officer or someone from the facilities department. After that, if necessary, the front desk will give you guest passes for the photographers or film crew so they can come in through the USC gates.

The photographers or film crew must always ask permission and, where possible, get signed consent from all individuals who appear in the photos/videos. Consent forms can be requested at the front desk.

The photos/videos must always be shown to the UM SPORTS communications officer for approval before publication.

Taking selfies and videos for social media

If you would like to take selfies or film yourself to post on social media, you are welcome to do so. However, please make sure no other members are in the background or get their express consent before posting.
