You have registered for the Experience Day of Healthcare Policy, Innovation and Management. During the Experience Day, you'll participate in your very first Authentic Professional Tasks (APT) session.
As a future student, it is important to understand how the APT is structured. Each APT lasts seven weeks and revolves around a large, complex task that reflects the kind of work you are likely to do after graduation. This task is usually team-based, but it also includes individual components.
To successfully complete the APT, you will need to develop knowledge, skills, and attitudes. Throughout the APT, you will work on these through a variety of learning activities (see Chapter 7 in this document). Together, these elements form a competency. This means that by completing the APT, you are not only finishing assignments, but also actively developing the competencies you will need in your future career.
This webpage prepares you for the Experience Day:
You can find an overview of the programme.
You'll find the study materials, which we kindly ask you to prepare before the Experience Day.
