In this workshop, you learn how to approach a case interview and how to train for it. At the end you have practised part of a case interview and gained valuable tips and tricks on how to perform well.

This workshop offers a 2-hour introduction to the concept of Positive Health and you will work with your own ‘health spider web’. The goal is to make you think about what is most important to you, to provide insights in your health and well-being and in what ways you might want or be able to strengthen this. 

This workshop about giftedness (in English) is offered both to students and UM-employees who would like to learn more about the topic and who are open to look beyond common prejudices together with us. Our goal is to show an alternative framework for thinking about giftedness on the one hand and to provide insight into the pitfalls of not recognizing your own ‘gift’ on the other hand.

We all come across discrimination. Whether it's directed at us or anyone else, unfortunately it's almost everywhere. Fortunately, you can do something about it yourself! In this workshop, you will learn to recognize these situations and how to respond to them. The result is that victims feel seen and supported and that harassment and discrimination are addressed.

In the context of the Intellectual Property and Knowledge Management (IPKM) master programme, we proudly present the expert lecture by Thomas Frydendahl from EUIPO Boards of Appeal on 24 November 2022, at 18:30 CET in the Feestzaal, Faculty of Law. Thomas will discuss with us how the unitary character of EUTMs can be reconciled with established case law that certain marks can be descriptive in one Member State but not in others.
