UM Star Lecture: Responsible Investing: Constraint, Opportunity or Duty?

Is responsible investing merely a constraint for institutional investors because it limits the investment universe? Is it an opportunity as gathering information on environmental, social and government practices reveals the true long term value of the firm? Or is it simply a fiduciary duty for asset owners representing their clients and beneficiaries? Rob Bauer will discuss these questions and present his view on how institutional investors should deal with responsible investing
