Registration Fees

The following registration fees apply:

REGULAR: € 210 *
NGB Member: € 140
STUDENT: € 90
RETIRED: € 185 *

The registration fee includes participation in all scientific sessions of the conference, all lunches and coffee breaks. For the fees marked with (*) the registration fee also includes the 2025 SOGESCI-B.V.W.B. membership (including an electronic yearly subscription to the 4OR journal; in case you prefer a paper subscription to the 4OR journal (at an additional cost of € 15), please contact Dries Goossens). Students will receive a free 2025 SOGESCI-B.V.W.B. membership. Students who want to receive a subscription to the 4OR journal can contact Dries Goossens.

Additional fees

Conference dinner (Thursday 30 January 2025): € 85
Additional late registration fee (for any registration received after 14 January 2024): € 30

(for cancellations before 14 January 2025 a cancelation fee of € 25 will be charged; for cancelations received after 14 January 2025, the fee cannot be refunded.)
