With a background in customer-focused IT support and web design, I combine technical expertise with a strong commitment to usability and service. In my current role as Product & Business Owner of the library’s website and intranet, I ensure the continuity, functionality, and further development of our digital platforms.

I monitor website performance, drive quality and user-friendliness, and make sure content remains up to date, relevant, and accessible to a diverse audience. Collaboration is key: I work closely with colleagues and editorial teams by providing training, developing study materials, and offering direct support, enabling the entire team to contribute effectively to a strong digital presence.

What motivates me is creating digital environments that are not only informative and reliable but also intuitive and engaging. With a forward-looking approach, I continuously explore improvements and innovations that strengthen the library’s online presence and enhance the overall user experience.
