Studiedag: Fiscale aspecten bij zetelverplaatsingen tussen België en Nederland
De studiedag is een grensoverschrijdende samenwerking tussen Universiteit Gent en Universiteit Hasselt in België, en de Universiteit Maastricht, en Radboud Universiteit in Nederland. Hierdoor zal elk topic “gespiegeld” worden toegelicht: heikele en actuele aspecten van de fiscaliteit van zetelverplaatsingen tussen België en Nederland komen zowel vanuit Belgisch als Nederlands perspectief aan bod. De sprekers zijn deskundigen uit én de academische wereld én de praktijk.

All bachelor graduates who received the official graduation date 30.09.2017; 31.10.2017; 30.11.2017; 31.12.2017; 31.01.2018 or 28.02.2018 are invited to attend the ceremonial awards of their degree on Saturday, 21st April in the Prof. dr. Franz Palm Lecture Hall of the School of Business and Economics. After this ceremony an informal gathering will take place in our faculty building. EU Agencies Problem-Solving, Performance & the Accountability Overload: Squaring the Impossible Circle?

This workshop and dialogue session on problem-solving, operability & the accountability overload aims to take a closer look at the current challenges which EU agencies are facing in their operations and to ask the complementary question of whether we must modify the legitimating concept of ‘agency accountability’ in order to facilitate complex agency operations. The workshop and dialogue session will also investigate the potential for further institutional innovations within the context of EU operation, asking whether instruments other than the agency.
