The Jean Monnet module "IP in the Digital Single Market" gladly presents a specialized lecture by Yannis Skoulikaris, an expert in computer technology, having worked for the European Patent Office (EPO) for more than 30 years. On 3 December 2020, at 10:00, Mr. Skoulikaris will discuss the current efforts to shape AI IP policy in the European Union, the EPO and elsewhere. 

On Thursday 26 and Friday 27 November, we organize two workshops on Intellectual Property in the context of the Ius Commune Annual Conference.  On Thursday from 14 - 18h, we discuss Intellectual Property in the Fourth Industrial Revolution, on Friday from 9 - 12h, PhD candidates present and discuss their PhD research. On Wednesday 2 December at 6pm, we organize a roundtable on the “EU Policy on AI and Innovation”. This is a unique initiative within the context of the Jean Monnet Intellectual Property in the Digital Single Market Course. It is open to all university students, staff and the general public.

The Jean Monnet module "IP in the Digital Single Market" gladly presents a specialized lecture by Dr. Giuseppe Mazziotti, Assistant Professor of Law at Trinity College Dublin.
