At UM we strive to make you more resilient and provide you with sufficient means to acquire skills that promote wellbeing during your studies and further in your professional career and life. Therefore, many initiatives, programmes and plans can contribute to your wellbeing.

You can:

Be supported by UM Psychologists
There is a team of UM Psychologists to support you with any emotional and/or psychological question you may have. The main goal is to refer you to the most appropriate help as soon as possible. That is why the UM psychologists offer a daily online Quick Psychological Referral after which you are referred to the right care within or outside UM.
