"Wellbeing, Women and Work in Ethiopia" (3WE) project publishes good practices report

The "Wellbeing, Women and Work in Ethiopia" (3WE) project (2019-2023) has produced a booklet titled "Improving Female Worker Wellbeing in Ethiopia’s Investment Sectors: Learning what works from those on the ground”. This good practice guide collects insights from research findings and stakeholder consultations to suggest how the country's horticulture and apparel firms can improve worker wellbeing.
