NEW! Move More, Feel Better!  is a 10-week introductory exercise programme for students looking to receive extra support in becoming more active.

Participating in sports not only helps you to get fit, it also helps you to improve your social life, to build confidence and to give you an advantage in learning new skills. Therefore, we also welcome new non-members who would like to kickstart their journey to discover how a healthy lifestyle can transform you inside out.

Let our coaches and instructors inspire you. Our goal is to offer personalized guidance so that you can lay a foundation for a more active and vital life.

Programme

The Move More, Feel Better programme offers 10 weeks of guidance to help you start to move more. There are 2 packages to choose from.

Programme:

Start with an online questionnaire (no strings attached). From here on you can choose to participate and to get in contact with a coach.

  • Week 1: introductory meeting with coach (+ payment). Setting up the plan and goals for the coming weeks 
  • Week 2 - 9: fulfillment of goals, participation activities and classes at UM SPORTS
    Participant communicates progress to coach once a week
  • Week 5: mid-term face-to-face evaluation with coach
  • Week 10: final face-to-face evaluation with coach

2 packages:

  1. You are a member at UM SPORTS and just want extra guidance to be more active. 

  2. You are not a member at UM SPORTS and want extra guidance + a 10 week all-in membership.

What will you get:

  • An individual coach for 10 weeks
  • A workbook to write down your progress
  • Optional health check (+€10,-)
  • 3 face-to-face sessions with your coach
  • 1 of the 2 packages

Optional health check
What will be measured: Body Mass Index, fat percentage, blood pressure, and more. 
The costs are €10.-

The programme lasts 10 weeks. You will be finished just before summer break.
