Miriam Schilbach (M.D.)

Miriam works as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Work and Social Psychology (Faculty of Psychology and Neuroscience). Her research focuses on workplace stressors and stress, their qualities, dynamics, and consequences across life domains. She is particularly interested in the phenomena of stress inoculation and sensitisation, investigating how workplace stressors experienced in the past affect adaptive processes to current stressors.
