Mariolina Eliantonio (M.)

Research profile

Mariolina's research is focussed on the enforcement of European law before national and European courts, with a focus on shared administration, environmental law and the new modes of governance.

Research projects

Mariolina has been involved in several EU-funded projects on European institutional, administrative and environmental law. She has been the Project Manager of two European Parliament projects on standing before national and European courts, and on the effectiveness of compliance-promoting instruments.

She has been the holder of a Jean Monnet grant for the completion of a Casebook on Judicial Review of Administrative Action in a European and comparative perspective and has been one of the coordinators of a Jean Monnet Network on the use of EU soft law before national courts and authorities.
