Video available.  Workshop 2 – 4 December 2020: ITEM Cross-Border Impact Assessment 2020: Presentation and discussion of the research

This 2-day workshop assesses the evolution of the asylum, migration, and external border control policies, including relevant EU legislation, the impact of constitutional principles, the role of courts and judicial dialogue, and shifting implementation patterns.

On Wednesday 2 December at 6pm, we organize a roundtable on the “EU Policy on AI and Innovation”. This is a unique initiative within the context of the Jean Monnet Intellectual Property in the Digital Single Market Course. It is open to all university students, staff and the general public.
