I work on designing mechanisms to increase collaboration and align incentives between companies in a supply chain, or between a company and its employees with the goal of creating win-win situations. Regarding the former relation, I study contract mechanisms between companies which can result in higher profitability and sustainable supply chains. For the latter relation, I study bonus and transparency mechanisms that can motivate employees to exert more effort, share truthful information and choose actions that are in line with the company’s best interests. Previously, I worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Eindhoven University of Technology after I was granted with a Ph.D. degree in Engineering Systems and Design from Singapore University of Technology and Design in Singapore, and M.Sc. and B.Sc. degrees in Industrial Engineering from Koç University in Turkey.
