Within the office and laboratory environment of FHML - FPN, incidents can occur in various forms and degrees. These include accidents, liquid spills, smoke development (fire) and (external) threats.
It is important that any incident be reported immediately using the internal alarm number 1333 / 043-3875566.
Always provide the following information to the dispatcher:
- Name of reporter
- What happened (First aid, spill, fire, etc.)
- Are there any injuries
- Where did it happen
- building (part)
- floor
- room number
- Other relevant information
After handling the incident, the incident should always be registered using the incident form that can be found on UMployee via this link.
