Sustainable Selection Procedures

In this workshop, we would like to get an understanding of what can be considered a sustainable selection procedure nowadays and what can be done to improve and favor sustainability for people entering the labor market. Through a guided workshop using the design thinking approach we are looking to collaborate with the audience reflecting on past experiences and new ideas on how a decentralised and inclusive procedure could look like.
