VENI grant for Dr Vigjilenca Abazi
Vigjilenca Abazi, Assistant Professor of European law at the Department of International and European Law, Maastricht University has been awarded a VENI grant of 250,000 euros from the Netherlands Organisation for Scientific Research (NWO).
VENI is aimed at outstanding researchers who display a striking talent for scientific research. Vigjilenca’s project examines the legal position of whistleblowers in the EU. The research aims to deliver conceptual clarity and workable policy solutions for whistleblower protection.
