The Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award is looking for inspiring leaders in the field of circular transition (€ 35,000)
On October 10, 2024, the Marc Cornelissen Brightlands Award will be presented for the sixth time. Candidates can apply for it until 14 June. The award is aimed at anyone in the Netherlands-Germany-Belgium border region who is working on a dream to accelerate the circular transition. A prize of € 35,000 is attached to the award, earmarked for realising that dream.
This award is presented to candidates who stand out for their connecting leadership and cross-border approach, just like Marc Cornelissen. Join us for a chance to show off your impactful project and get rewarded for your commitment to a more sustainable future!

During the pitch round on September 12 in Heerlen, a selection of candidates will have the opportunity to get the nomination for the Award. Based on their needs and interests, these candidates will be given the opportunity to get further acquainted with the Brightlands network and that of the Award’s partners. Three candidates will then be chosen for the final on October 10 in Maastricht.
