DVDW Advocaten reikt scriptieprijs uit
Op woensdag 4 februari heeft DVDW Advocaten, partnerkantoor van ICGI, haar felbegeerde scriptieprijs uitgereikt. De prijs is in het leven geroepen vanwege het 10-jarig bestaan van DVDW.
De winnares, Indira Stolze, verrichte een onderzoek naar de vennootschapsrechtelijke positie van het executive committee bij Nederlanse beursvennootschappen. De driekoppige jury die bestond uit prof. mr. C.A. Schwarz (Universiteit Maastricht), prof. mr. M.J. Kroeze (Erasmus School of Law) en mr. Theo Hanssen (Partner DVDW Advocaten) was zeer te spreken over het onderzoek dat volgens hen zeer waardevol is voor de praktijk.
