Dr J.M. de Nooijer

As the Director of Education for health Jascha de Nooijer is responsible for two bachelor’s degree programmes and 7(8) master’s degree programmes in the Health domain. She is a member of the Board of the Institute for Education and, together with Board, bears responsibility for FHML education in the broad sense. She also carries out this joint responsibility and the associated policy choices within the Health domain. She is ultimately responsible for the quality assurance within the programmes, and the allocation of the programme budgets. She promotes coherence and alignment between bachelor's degree programmes and master's degree programmes and promotes the link with educational research. Finally, she meets with the chairs of the Education Programme Committee (EPC) and the Board of Examiners (BoE) and represents the own programmes and/or within UM and in any national consultative bodies.

As Professor Interprofessional Teaching and Learning she initiates, develops, implements and evaluates activities for students and teachers that include an interprofessional component. She currently supervises six PhD candidates, is involved in the MT-Research from the School of Health Professions Education (SHE) and a member of local and national working groups on Interprofessional Education and Collaboration.
