Inken Gast (I.)
Currently, Inken is teaching in the award winning Master programme “Learning and Development in Organisations”. She is the course coordinator of the course "Competence-Based Coaching", a one-year course during which she coaches students on the development of employability skills such as teamwork, project management, communication skills and self-management.
Inken is also the course coordinator of the bachelor course "Managing Learning and Development in Organisations", and has been involved in various master and bachelor courses as a tutor.
Together with her colleague Wendy Nuis, Inken has developed an online Learning Experience System (LES) for her course that supports students with the development of employability skills (e.g. leadership, project management, teamwork).
