Recent Developments in the Area of International Parentage (online)

We are pleased to invite you to the seminar on "Recent Developments in the Area of International Parentage", to be held on 26 November 2021. This conference is organised in honour of Prof. R. de Groot on the occasion of his 70th birthday.

The seminar will address recent developments in the area of international parentage. Public officials, practitioners and academics will present their views on ongoing projects such as the EU initiative on International Parentage, the HCCH project on International Parentage/Surrogacy, the forthcoming entry into force of the Brussels IIter Regulation or the recurrent problems that the lack of international standards cause to practitioners.
