'Actualiteiten Internationaal Belastingrecht'

De informatiesessie gaat over de belangrijkste en recente ontwikkelingen in jurisprudentie, Europees recht en wetgeving op het gebied van belastingen en sociale zekerheid voor de grenswerker.

 Bekijk de presentatie van de bijeenkomst

Onder meer zal ingegaan worden op de wijzigingen in de loonheffingskortingen 2019 bij buitenlands belastingplichtigen. Daarnaast zal ook aandacht besteed worden aan de toepassing van de belastingverdragen en specifieke onderwerpen, zoals de internationale transportsector en stamrechtuitkeringen. 

Deze sessie is bedoeld voor werkgevers en adviseurs en wordt geleid door Nicole Janssen en Robert Bäumler van Team GWO.

Deze informatiesessie wordt georganiseerd door het Institute for Transnational and Euregional cross border cooperation and Mobility/ITEM in samenwerking met Team Grensgrensoverschrijdend Werken en Ondernemen van de Belastingdienst.
