Alicia Walkowiak (A.L.T.)

I studied psychology at Maastricht University and completed the master work and organizational psychology in 2007. After my graduation I started working as a research assistant at the department of Work and Social Psychology. In September 2009 I started with my PhD project “Cognitive flexibility in response to unforeseen change”. My main research interests are: cognitive flexibility, adaptability, selection, training, personality and motivation.
