Information desk staff

As a staff member at the information desk  I provide information about the Online library, book collections, databases, E-books and E-journals. I also deal with the payments of fines and Interlibrary loan and  answer questions about membership. 

Questions which cannot be answered at the information desk will be referred to Ask your Librarian
