Wilken Wehrt (W.K.J.)
Wilken is an Assistant Professor at the Work and Organizational Psychology group. He does research on self-regulation at work. In particular, he is interested in understanding how adaptive habits can be developed, why and when people fail at self-control, or which self-regulation strategies help to maintain work performance, maximize learning, but also keep stress at manageable levels. In addition, he works on topics such as well-being, recovery, work-home conflict or videoconferencing at work.
