Wanted: Student assistant Marketing and Communications
Do you have good communication skills? Are you pro-active and do you have strong organisational skills? If so, you might very well be the new student assistant we are looking for!
The Marketing and Communications department is looking for two new student assistants. The starting date is 1 October 2021 and the number of hours per week are 8 (working hours in consultation).
Which tasks will you have?
Support in the preparation of recruitment activities, such as Open Days and Experience Days
Updating information materials
Take care of our mailbox study-fhml
Acting as a host/hostess during events
Analysing and market research
Processing evaluations
Assist with work for the department Marketing and Communications
We are looking for someone who has:
Good communication skills, verbal and written English and Dutch (or German)
You are a talented organiser and an effective planner
You are flexible
You are representative
You are creative and you have well-rounded knowledge concerning communication (experience with social media is a plus)
You are a first- or second-year bachelor's student at FHML
Working conditions
This function at the department Marketing and Communication is available as of 1 October 2021 and for 8 hours per week (working days in consultation). The department Marketing and Communications is responsible for the recruitment for prospective bachelor- and master’s students and is engaged with internal and external communication issues. It is an assignment for two years and a probationary period for 1 month and a salary in line with the standard for student-assistants.
