Complaints concerning the Code of Conduct with respect to International Students

This code contains agreements on the treatment of international students. Along with other Dutch universities, Maastricht University (UM) has committed to upholding the code, which also includes regulations on the complaints procedure. Do you feel that UM has not adhered to the Code of Conduct? You can file a complaint with the Complaints Service Point (CSP).

How and where to file a complaint

You can file a complaint with the university’s Complaints Service Point (CSP). Please state clearly that this is a complaint with respect to the Code of Conduct for International Students. The CSP will then forward your complaint to the Board or complaints committee for further processing.
