In a 2-hour session, 16 students from UM discussed with city makers in Sittard/Geleen and Maastricht possibilities for city making. In 2 groups students brainstormed about the creation of a Circular Fashion Lab and sustained funding for Stadslabs Sittard-Geleen.

Billing issues were also a problem for programs with budgets - participants were found to make expensive overseas calls or buy games, which were reimbursed within the mHealth program to maintain patient engagement. Programs which offered unlimited data and minute plans seemed to overcome this problem. The type of phone also appeared to influence program engagement rates. …
