Visiting scholars and researchers Francesco Liguori is a Ph.D. candidate at the Sapienza University of Rome. He actively contributed to the work of the Globalization & Law Network. Francesco's paper 'Taking Soft Law Into Account… of Course! But What … of conventions and their constitutional implication". The paper was recently published in the Maastricht Journal of European and Comparative Law.
