Bij e-mailbericht van 11 april … geeft de commissie aan dat de afspraken van appellante met de psycholoog pas hebben plaatsgevonden nadat de commissie de definitieve nBSA-beslissing had genomen. Hoewel appellante wist dat ze risico liep op het verkrijgen van een nBSA, heeft ze pas contact met een psycholoog opgenomen nadat het nBSA reeds was verstrekt. De studieresultaten zeggen iets over wat er zal gebeuren in de toekomst, of appellante dan succesvol zal zijn en de opleiding kan afronden. Bij mailbericht van 19 november 2018, via het College van Bestuur en het Complaints … vaststaande momenten in te leveren: het thesisvoorstel in januari, het onderzoek in februari, de eerste conceptversie van de thesis in maart en de tweede conceptversie van de thesis in mei. Studenten ontvangen feedback over deze concepten en dienen contact te houden met de begeleider. Studenten die niet voldoen aan de vastgestelde deadlines voor het inleveren van concepten, kunnen het thesistraject niet afronden.
