Echter, de klassieke kennistoets wordt ook nog veel gebruikt. Van Multiple Choice-toetsen wordt (bijna) geen gebruik gemaakt in de master Fiscaal Recht. De verschillende blokcoördinatoren staan met elkaar in overleg over welke toetsvormen geschikt zijn en hoe meer variatie aangebracht kan worden in de toetsing. Deze variatie is onder andere aangebracht door vaak niet meer het volledige eindcijfer te laten bestaan uit het cijfer … indien nodig ethische en maatschappelijke aspecten.
