Saskia von Landenberg (S.E.A.)

Saskia von Landenberg is a lecturer and PhD candidate at Maastricht University in the Department of Public Law.

After successfully completing her Bachelor's degree at the European Law School (Cum Laude) with a minor in Business and Law, she continued her studies at UM and obtained a Master's degree at the European Law School - Public Law and Governance (Cum Laude).

In 2023, she and her team won the 11th edition of the Helga Pedersen Moot Court Competition, representing Maastricht University.

Saskia's PhD research focuses on the protection of fundamental social rights under EU law and the Council of Europe's (Revised) European Social Charter and the interplay between these legal systems.

Since the academic year of 2025/26, Saskia functions as the PhD Representative of the Maastricht Centre for Human Rights (MCHR).
