Colin Rosenau (C.)

As part of the risk and prevention research line of the Alzheimer Centrum Limburg, I devote most of my time to the identification of emerging dementia risk reduction targets and upgrading the existing LIBRA (LIfestyle for BRAin health) index. By doing so, my research group and I contribute to dementia research in multiple ways:

✅ Providing a better, earlier, and more personalized prediction of dementia risk
✅ Creating more awareness regarding the multitude of factors influencing dementia onset and development
✅ Inspiring adults to proactively improve their brain health

I am particularly ambitious in spreading the message that individuals have (to some degree) control over their brain health. Get in touch if you know an organization that would to learn more about this topic, such that we can arrange something (free of charge).

In addition to my research, I'm also involved in data collection for "The Maastricht Study" to acquire hands-on clinical experience and some minor tutoring duties at Maastricht University. As such, I've found the perfect combination as an early-career researcher!
