Obviously, we want a caterer who makes affordable, tasty, healthy and sustainable food for us. But the challenge is great. To become truly sustainable, we will have to consume less animal products and more vegetable products. We are looking for a caterer to help the UM community with this protein transition with a target of 50% vegetable and 50% animal protein consumption in 2026. Your ideas and input can help shape this important change!
