Creating impact together
The programme offers a diverse classroom that brings together different thought perspectives and cultures. Our curriculum is geared towards applying new concepts to their own business environments. It is built around three design principles:
- Small-scale interactive teaching, where students and their experiences are central. This maximizes the learning effect.
- Action-oriented learning encompassing business practice that bridges academic knowledge with business practice.
- Emphasise leadership. Through the Leadership Development Trajectory, we let our students grow and enable them to develop their authentic leadership style.

MaastrichtMBA is about creating impact together. Working in small groups with fellow students and teaching faculty brings the most valuable learning experience of all. Combining our Problem-Based Learning methodology with experiential learning and flipped classrooms ensures a tight connection with practice, which allows our students to apply newly gained insights at their workplace.
Two flavours of MaastrichtMBA
We offer two tracks: an On-Campus and an Online MaasttrichtMBA. Both tracks offer substantial flexibility in terms of when our student's reserve time to study so that they can keep a healthy balance between work, private life and study. We even offer the possibility to switch between the tracks if that matches their needs better. Whichever track you choose, both are part of the MaastrichtMBA programme.
Our students can always rely on the quality of a Triple Crown accredited school, an international classroom with a huge diversity of cultures and perspectives and a curriculum that is engaging and tackles the larger societal challenges such as sustainability and digitalisation.
