Vitality works @ home
Vitality Works @ Home aims to understand better how the well-being and vitality of Maastricht University employees can be promoted during the current pandemic. We are aware that – resulting from our adapted work situation – a wide range of factors may impact our (mental) well-being.
Therefore, the Vitality Works team would like to ask for your contribution to explore these factors. By answering the questions below, you can help us to explore needs and barriers that can be addressed to promote well-being while (home-)working during the pandemic. Furthermore, the Vitality Works team is eager to hear about the best practices that you have already implemented to improve your working conditions.
1. During the adapted work situation resulting from the current pandemic, what (practical) solutions have you implemented yourself (with or without UM support) to improve your working situation? Be as specific as you can and feel free to describe multiple solutions.
2. During the adapted work situation resulting from the current pandemic, what do you still need or what barriers do you have to overcome in order to promote your own (mental) well-being? Be as specific as you can and feel free to describe multiple needs and barriers.
3. Looking at the needs or barriers that you identified in the previous question, what (practical) solutions do you have in mind that can improve your working situation and the one of your colleagues? Please select the most important need/barrier and describe your solution as specific as you can.
